The Dem(on)s are conducting the inquiry like a court case, but is that what they were elected to do?
It seems to me like they should be doing what is best for the Country, which is finding out the truth. But, unlike a prosecutor who is obligated to tell the truth, every chance they get they skew the truth, hide the truth, or just plain makeup what they call the truth - kind of like they have a preconceived agenda. Oh, that’s right, they do, and any thinking, patriotic American can see that. We need to make sure they reap the rewards at the ballot box!!!
The is the whole problem they are not. Due Process and the Rule of Law matter a lot. Republics die when the Political Elites are allowed to simply cast it aside for political gain.
The sore losers are just being sore losers.
The Democrats Party is only in favor of elections when their candidates win.
Seems more like the Democrats are playing defense attorney to Biden.
Nothing about this is like a court case. The Dems are staging a perverse Kabuki Lynching under the pretense that it is an “investigation”.
A court case starts with a clear accusation of a crime. The prosecutor does not get to also act as the judge, and the judge does not get to interrupt and direct witnesses’ answers. Then the prosecutor has to prove the crime happened, then prove the accused did it. The accused gets to face the accusing witnesses and cross-examine them, and to present a defense.
They are conducting it like a Soviet show trial, except this does not qualify in any way as a court proceeding. This is for the cameras, to keep some accusation against the President in the news at all times, and to protect Biden.
The nature of this “inquiry” is along the lines of a Soviet show trial— the verdict is already decidedly announced and assumed and a “crime” is being cherry picked for discovery of the original intent of the “hearing”.
This reminds of the old Soviet “Tribunal”... like from the “Spy that Came in from the Cold”.
“Sit down Mr. Leamus”. A kind of reverse trial from the one in that movie— in which the Communist spy apparat is able to be be manipulated into absolute failure by brilliant use of the system and the flawed people.
It can be done. In this case the simple truth cannot be altered by all of their machinations, or Schiff’s insane “narrative” creating. He’s way beyond his depth, which was shallow to begin with.
- NO reasonable suspicion
- NO probable cause
- Totally unconstitutional
- Unjust inquiry by the Delusional Lying Fascist Left

No! The Democrats are not conducting the inquiry like a court case and that headline is totally fake and should be labeled fake.
1. Trump in guilty til proven innocent.
2. No Constitutional protections. No due process of law.
3. The thing that stands out is the Congressmen place a strawman in the questions. The Strawman does not exist. The questions are easy for the witness to answer. But in answering the question, they make legtiimate and real the non-existent strawman.
Later, the Democrats will be able to argue that even those Republican witnesses agreed that the strawman exists. And the Democrats will be correct in terms of debating points.
The news media is already commenting on how the Republican witnesses agreed that such and such exists, not because they did so directly, but by accepting and not challenging the strawman presented in the question, which most loften was not central to the question.
Did nobody prep the witnesses, not on what to say, but to be on the lookout for Gotcha questions?
A month ago, the press was discussing how long until Biden dropped out, his numbers were so low. Now he's the prodigal son?
Absolutely spot on and why this needs to be terminated. The problem is that most Americans don't know what a Soviet show trial is and think that this is really an Impeachment (which of course it is not).
