I think pointing out the double standards is a good strategy. We’ve had about 3 years of projection from the Democrats. They (and of course the media) are outraged at all of Trump’s many crimes. Only, he hasn’t committed those crimes. The Democrats have committed those crimes. So, turn it around and ask, “You’re still outraged, right? You still want the transgressors destroyed, right?”

I reject the premise of your question, which is that the Left is capable of any form of reasonable debate or introspection. They are not.
The Democrats have gone full Communist now. The rank and file will need to choose rather quickly if they will follow the Constitution or their Communist leaders. That choice will determine much of what happens in the next few years.
One last word -— choose wisely . . .
True. They are entirely driven by radial ideology, hate, and blind emotion rather than reason or what is considered good and decent. They are literally sociopaths with no sense of remorse or conscience.
Their hard line adherence to the belief a child is not a child until sometime after it's born is proof enough for this statement and I do believe there is room for compromise on the abortion debate.
