Body wash? Geez.
Who needs so many hair brushes the center can't keep them on the shelves? I've had brushes forever. In the 90s, I gave daughter my great grandmother's brush. Great granny died in the early 60s and don't know how old it was then. Had to finally toss is about 5 years ago when it fell out of the car and was driven over. The blue rhinestones matching comb is still in the bathroom.

What is SAFE? A credible charity? The article doesn’t really say, unless I’m missing something.
I think widely publicized calls for personal care items for babies is a dangerous practice. There are still ugly people out there who put razor blades in apples for Halloween. When I volunteered at Walter Reed and the call went out for Christmas cards, our team had to open even the ones we got from friends and remove some of them because of well-meaning but inappropriate anti-war messages sent to an all-volunteer army. The general mail at Walter Reed got outright hate mail sent to wounded soldiers.
Yes, you have to watch everything these days.
I bet these items are being collected for the unaccompanied illegal alien minors.
“I bet these items are being collected for the ‘unaccompanied’ illegal alien minors.”
Oh, you mean the kids being moved in to sex trafficking by the liberals and cartels? THOSE kids? You could be right. In any case, the majority of our giving is through our small independent church where we trust the money and stuff is going to be used wisely for children.
Broad requests such as this SAFE thing are suspicious to us.
