PDJT is usually two steps ahead of these bozos but they continue not to understand that nor do they understand that he rewrites the rules they believe he has to follow which would be to their advantage.
Case in point being the daily White House press briefing. We sat there during George W. Bush's tenure and watched the hapless Scott McClellan take his daily beating and further sink the Bush presidency while President Bush played the patrician above it all game that the Bushes like to play to show how grand a family they are.
With President Trump, he set the tone by smacking around the media right from the start, and had two press secretaries who followed his lead in Sean Spicer and then the fantastic Sarah Huckabee Sanders who responded off the top of her head in ways that the rest of us would come up only hours later after stewing all day. When even that was not enough to get them to knock it off and behave like professionals, the President did away with the press briefings all together and initiated his own version. And so was born the helicopter blades a-whirring press availability that he conducts where the media jackals can ask what they like, but no one can hear or more important, see them, while he is heard and seen answering them. Sucks to be them.
My only concern in all this is what they're going to do when they finally and fully understand they cannot beat him. I pray every night for the President to be safe.
Are we missing something in the Democrat strategy? No, we are not the ones missing something. They are. They continue to think they can outfox and outsmart President Trump and he continues to make them look like Wile E. Coyote. They thought they had him with the Ukraine phone call until he did what no one expected: he released the transcript. That takes stones, and he’s got them.

You agree with Liz.
But still... the question isn’t “will the impeachment succeed as an impeachment” but “will the impeachment succeed as a way to suppress Trump’s numbers”.
