My sister-in-law who taught English as a second language was asked to communicate with these natives. She said I don’t have anything in common with them, not their language. not their culture, nothing.

And WHY are they in that area? Hardly the type of community where they would usually settle. While mass deportations will help economics, the main thing required to help improve the children's education would be to mass deport or fire all the current teachers/propagandists...
