So this is what some schools are like in the USA. OUT OF CONTROL! Teachers spend most of their time trying to get the kids to act like civilized humans, instead of feral savages. The effort is largely a failure. And why bother? Certain highly-privileged minorities are going to get promoted no matter what. They will graduate and get accepted, free, into college, and then get jobs they are not qualified for.
We pay for it all, and to thank us for our money, they call us racist.
