Cant you access email, send messages, etc.? (Asking, cause I dont know.) Older smart watches were more or less just display extensions of your phone, so you could read texts, etc., only when it was near to and paired with your phone.
The latest Apple watches include their own cellular connections so they can surf the web, send and receive texts and tweets, and place phone calls without a phone present.

Cant you access email, send messages, etc.? (Asking, cause I dont know.) Yes, you can. . . and receive news articles from various Internet news sources of your choice. You can also initiate and receive calls and texts, or listen to music or audio books.
