You’d have to look back in one of the early coronavirus threads. I posted a pic of the ship. But I really do not remember more than that - the Chinese also pulled most of the PLA out of Wuhan and filled the positions with their ‘special’ police - can’t help you there either - its all back in the old threads somewhere, if not in private correspondence.
