This is a story about bosses and their workers, in the dark days of COVID-19. Its also a story about how one good turn deserves another and yet another.
And this being New Jersey, its also a story about pizza.
Bryan Morin and his brother Michael operate Federicos Pizza in this Jersey Shore town. In the summer, they deliver cheese steak pizzas and 12-inch subs and garlic knots directly to the beach, a few blocks away. In winter, customers flock to the cozy, black-and-white tiled restaurant on Main Street.
Do you think that there is ANYONE on this planet who doesn’t like pizza?

One aunt on my mother’s side made some of the best thick crust homemade pizza.

We just did the pizza from Babish for dinner tonight.

His pizza dough recipe is pretty close to perfect. I did substitute 00 pizza flour for the bread flour.
Some fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and some tomato basil sausage from a local butcher.
Had a nice glass of wine with it, too.
