Not normal, but it happens. Dollars to donuts she has other risk factors like contraceptive use. The hemorrhagic stroke is a little more common in young adults. Granted there's a case to be made for COVID being a cofactor. But that's far from being a cause. The numbers presented in the paper are meaningless, five out of how many without COVID? They don't say, probably don't know and don't care.

Your survival strategy should be encourage ALL of the young, skinny people to go out and get the virus as quickly as possible.
