The big social experiment at the beaches in Florida didn’t lead to any huge outbreak anywhere. I doubt this one will, either.
Restaurants have opened at half capacity in Idaho. My wife, daughters and one boyfriend at North Idaho for the holiday and had lunch in Coeur d’Alene today. But, even in the worst of it, North Idaho was hardly hit. The three northern-most counties still haven’t had a single case!

If I am packed in there with a big enough bunch of fellow citizens, I am sure to be at least 6 feet away from most of them.
And the ones close to me are 6 feet away from most of them too.
The more specific data we know about the characteristics of people needing hospitalization and, especially, dying, the better informed people’s decisions will be in making their choices about going places. Elderly people with underlying conditions may want to stay away from crowds until there is a vaccine or an effective treatment. It should still be their choice.

Um, you are aware people are being tested and are being shown to have this antibody, right? This means they had the virus, and now have immunity to it. That’s how the body develops the antibody.

I was ok with the 15 days to flatten the curve when we did not know if the hospitals would be overrun. They were not. PDJT wanted to begin opening the country by Easter. It’s too bad he was pressured to back away from that “aspirational” comment.

I just saw a story about that on the local news. Crazy how packed it was! No social distancing for sure.
Of other interest, the river that goes through Noel, MO, Emergency personnel listed 23 rescues. Apparently it was also packed, people are ready to get out and about. River was high due to all the rain we’ve had so it was at a dangerous level, surprised they let people on, especially people with children, some of the rescues were of children. People are throwing ‘social distancing’ out the window.
I should have said .... Since we HAD no immunity to this disease, meaning when it first arrived in the USA.
