Covid killed him.
Well the country’s been being destroyed for two ****** days so I’d say they got even.
actually with the destruction it caused at this past forty years and worthless contributions I’d say they much much much more than got even
I see that the three officers all realized he had stopped breathing, but did nothing about it. It doesn't seem like his death was entirely due to having the knee on his neck, but it is certainly true that once he stopped breathing, they made no attempt to revive him.
Could bad blood explain the bad cop’s actions? Remember both men — Floyd and Chauvin — worked security at a nearby club during 2019. Perhaps there was a beef and Chauvin took advantage of his upper hand.
I’ll go even further.
—welfare, social services, disability going their way
—Afirmative Action
—Quota System
—20,000+ white women raped yearly by the 12%
—whites murdered at disprobortionate rates
—disparative impact legislation
—whitey owes me mentality
—(feel free to add input)
After all this, I’d say they have been paid in full. So much so, they owe everyone else reparations.
He stops moving and breathing, they checked for a pulse. AND KEPT HIS KNEE ON HIS NECK FOR ANOTHER TWO MINUTES?????
I predict he’ll cop a plea. If not, guilty in less than 30 minutes deliberation.
Here is the pyramid of blame/responsibility in Minneapolis!
Plus a common sense summary by: Charlie Daniels:
1. The officers accused of the choking/killing, apparently did it.
2. The police department heads, and their Chief. They are responsible for the environment that lead to the officers believing this was acceptable behavior.
3. The soy boy mayor, Jacob Frey, an uber liberal progressive!
4. The soy boy mayor, Jacob Frey, who selected the Hispanic Chief of Police, Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo.
5. The Minneapolis Police Chief, Medaria Arradondo, After Not Giving, his cops, Body Armor, Chief Medaria Arradondo, Said, The Riots were Too Dangerous For Cops To Stop without body armor!
6. The voters of Minneapolis. They elected the mayor, who hired the Chief of Police
7. The local mediots on tv and in news papers ignored 1-6 until the riots started.
8. This isnt even a state issue, much less a fed/gov issue. It is a Minneapolis issue and liberalvoters issue. Elections can have serious consequences, life and or death.
9. The good news for Karens in Minneapolis, FR and in America, the cops and rioters are wearing masks and apparently trying to staying 6 part during the looting and rioting.
10. Minn. soy boy mayor, Jacob Frey gives masks to crowding rioters after warning in-person worship would be a ‘public health disaster’!
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey (D) requested on Thursday that protesters in the City of Lakes practice social distancing and wear masks to reduce coronavirus ...
10 a. Grandpa Dave.. forgot to mention..: masks are helping to make sure that any video surveillance footage would NOT allow rioters and looters to be identified thanks to their masks.
The Karens in America are cheering this great leadership. Masks are for everyone!

Summary by: Charlie Daniels: Until America starts electing leaders who are willing to take responsibility for their own actions and the actions of those under their command, there will never be street-level justice in America.
OMG. This drunk/high bastard was yelling out “I can’t breathe” while he WAS STANDING UP!!!. He was claiming that he was “claustrophobic” and that’s why he was refusing to get in a police car—this was 5 minutes after he was pulled from the driver’s seat of another car. THIS IS WHY YOU WAIT FOR ALL OF THE FACTS TO COME OUT. He did die from being strangled or asphyxiated. He died because he was high on some undisclosed drug. This case against this officer is WEAK beyond belief. Again, two things can be true: Officer Chauvin used excessive force (he did), but his excessive force was NOT the cause of George Floyd’s death.
He was held down when pleading for help. Watch 1000 cop videos and hear the same thing. Most are BS and when one dies it is sickening. I believe this guy like most criminals was in ill health and the police generally do not adhere to sympathy while retraining a suspect and forget most of the oath and code of the force. “Murder” is one of the most complex terms in law and life. As a civilian I would have acted out and probably been arrested for trying to get the guy help. As a cop,I would go against “code” and call out what was happening. I was neither.
It appears that he had a heart attack due to coronary artery disease, hypertension (possibly untreated) and possible intoxication.
They're going to have a difficult time proving that any of the officers' actions were criminal or contributed to his death.
If he went to the ground on his own accord why the maneuver to restrain him, especially considering he was already cuffed? Makes no sense whatsoever.
Couple that with the restraint no only held after there was a known difficulty of breathing, but after he was unconscious and had no pulse?!
This is textbook excessive force. When a man is detained his safety is the responsibility of the officers on scene.
Due to their negligence and excessive use of force, the man in their custody died.
These officers are going down, and rightfully so.
The problem with the case against Chauvin is that many Black males are trained from birth to be lawsuit savvy.
Every day, dozens of Black males tell the Police they “can't breath” or have “claustrophobia” or they intentionally collapse or fall down.
Several statements in the complaint are deliberate attempts to create pre-judgement against the officers.
Specifically - the video “appears” to show George Floyd stopped breathing - Really? I can't see people breathing in a high def video filmed on a professionally lighted sound stage.
Specifically - one officer could not find a wrist pulse - millions of completely healthy people have a barely perceptible or no wrist pulse.
Bottom Line...
Four cops wearing body cams, and onlookers with cell phone cameras, but one of the cops allegedly commits a “dangerous act evincing a depraved mind?”
Sorry - I do not see that on the news videos.
Did Officer Chauvin violate established restraint procedures?
Yes, obviously.
Should Officer Chauvin be fired?
Yes, obviously.
Did Officer Chauvin commit murder.
No, obviously.
CHAUVIN Derek, COMPLAINT
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE (excerpt)
The defendant pulled Mr. Floyd out of the passenger side of the squad car at 8:19:38 p.m. and Mr. Floyd went to the ground face down and still handcuffed. Kueng held Mr. Floyds back and Lane held his legs. The defendant placed his left knee in the area of Mr. Floyds head and neck. Mr. Floyd said, I cant breathe multiple times and repeatedly said, Mama and please, as well. The defendant and the other two officers stayed in their positions. The officers said, You are talking fine to Mr. Floyd as he continued to move back and forth. Lane asked, should we roll him on his side? and the defendant said, No, staying put where we got him. Officer Lane said, I am worried about excited delirium or whatever. The defendant said, Thats why we have him on his stomach. None of the three officers moved from their positions.
BWC video shows Mr. Floyd continue to move and breathe. At 8:24:24, Mr. Floyd stopped moving. At 8:25:31 the video appears to show Mr. Floyd ceasing to breathe or speak. Lane said, want to roll him on his side. Kueng checked Mr. Floyds right wrist for a pulse and said, I couldnt find one. None of the officers moved from their positions.
At 8:27:24, the defendant removed his knee from Mr. Floyds neck. An ambulance and emergency medical personnel arrived, the officers placed Mr. Floyd on a gurney, and the ambulance left the scene. Mr. Floyd was pronounced dead at Hennepin County Medical Center.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner (ME) conducted Mr. Floyds autopsy on May 26, 2020. The full report of the ME is pending but the ME has made the following preliminary findings. The autopsy revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation. Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.
The defendant had his knee on Mr. Floyds neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds in total. Two minutes and 53 seconds of this was after Mr. Floyd was non-responsive. Police are trained that this type of restraint with a subject in a prone position is inherently dangerous.

Yep - knee on his neck/carotid artery for that long - and continued almost 3 minutes after he became unresponsive...
How do they charge him with murder and manslaughter? I thought only one dude died?
