Want to slow down the protesters and rioters in cities? Have a suggestion. Place a curfew and then say 2 hours before the curfew takes effect, block all freeway exits roads to the city with the exception of ONE entrance and ONE exit road. All entrance and exits to be monitored by law enforcement. This should slow the violence down.
The revolution is an idea planted in Godless minds (young people who have never been taught spiritual values) and can not be stopped by those types of tactics. What will stop it can not be printed here right now.
Kill the cell towers an hour or two prior to curfew.
Too late for that. The professional agitators have been seeded, and likely have their sympathizer/safe-house places to stay. The looters are locals.
Won’t help. Rioters ignore curfews.
So trap everyone - including the regular citizen that has nothing to do with this shit - either on the freeway or in the city.

Chicago closed SOME exits Saturday night and raised most of the bridges by Sunday.
The downtown area is somewhat separated by a river and a canal.

They did in Reno last night. I-80 and I-580 both had several exits blocked overnight leading to downtown and the mare, hillary schieve(aka mare barbie), imposed a curfew from 5:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. with an abundance of caution(essential workers okay to move about). Did they have some intel? Haven’t seen any reports of damage or confrontations from overnight. Looters, protestors, vandals. They paint the LEO with a broad brush, I paint them with a broad brush. Sort of like the moose limb communtiy. If they don’t pony up, oh well. Complicit.
Let them protest. To stop the looting, rioting and arson use bullets. The problem goes away permanently. If they want to have fires, let them have funeral pyres.
Good luck doing that in a large city like Los Angeles. Not enough cops and cars to do it.
In South Africa in the past authorities would rapidly deploy razor wire from trucks and surround the perps with it. Then sit back and wait until they give up.
that’s a lot of man power to just make bad actors show up early. Not to mention all the local trouble.
