This kind of research may be very helpful, but more will pay attention when the message is whittled down to very basic statements. I’m thinking the average person is not all that concerned with nitric acids. So we need it in a more rudimentary form, or I suppose should just speak for myself, and say that I need it said in another way.
What I got so far is, if you use mouthwash right after exercise, your blood pressure may go up, thus canceling out one benefit you received from the exercise.
I doubt if Colgate-Palmolive is paying for this reseach.
Eat more bacon, sausage and ham.
I use non-alcohol Listerine.
I thought this would tell us the best way to deal with bad breath...disappointed.
So wash your mouth with nitric acid.
