I think they’re all pussies.
Men have limited upside in Washington State government. Much less in Seattle city government.
The left is in the process of re-educating the cops. They are being taught that law abiding citizens exercising their god given and constitutionally protected rights are a threat and they went along with it. They are being taught that left wing agitators causing violent mayhem are virtuous and that they are wrong to want to stop them. Some resigned, the rest are receptive.
Basically the left doesn't want to abolish cops. They want to remake them in a secret police that follows orders, no matter what they are. And it seems they are lining up to accept the bit between their teeth.
Neither will the police chief.

Wish that were so but history indicates otherwise. Seattle is doomed.
It hasn’t been the same since the 70s, since Police Departments were made to ‘align with the mainstream of 20th Century Thought’.
Does the Seattle police chief think the Minneapolis Floyd death occurred in Seattle at the hands of her police? There will be a few months of fun CHAZ festival and a few more demonstrations, then they will be on to the next shiny object to protest about and little will change when it comes to policing....which is not a bad thing because the alternative they propose if much worse

Exactly. That is what the local police did in Baltimore after the riots, basically sit around and wait for a call, Do what is necessary to clear the car and leave ASAP.

Sheriff Grady Judd of Polk County held a press conference on Monday where he said his department had received information through social media that “criminals” were going to take their “criminal behavior” into the local neighborhoods.
“I would tell them if you value your life, you probably shouldn’t do that in Polk county,” he began. “Because the people of Polk County like guns, they have guns, I encourage them to own guns, and they’re going to be inside their homes tonight with their guns loaded.”
“And if you try to break into their homes tonight and try to steal, to set fires, I’m highly recommending they blow you back out of the house with their guns.”
I was just about to say: Among the top three problems America faces today is the gawdawful liberal women in positions of power. We’ve had ample proof over the past few months.
