If the officer involved in the Minneapolis incident with Floyd (and his fellow officers on the scene) had simply followed procedure, subdued the suspect, handcuffed him and taken him into custody, the riots, the burning down of businesses, the tearing down of statues, the shootings of police officers and all the other mayhem that's occurred over the past month would not have happened.
I know I'm stating the obvious.

ALL of this, every bit of it, was teed up, organized, and planned and would have happened precisely as it has, with a different trigger. They were simply waiting for any kind of provocative event to magnify and exploit.
People who take down statues of Washington but leave up statues of Lenin are ****ed in the head.
Though if I had the means I think I would commission statues of many famous Commies from Marx and Engels, Lenin, Trotsky and so many others (even Che) ... life-size and in their prime, recognizable and all dangling from ropes by their necks.

I get what you’re saying, but I agree with the others. The Soros militia were prepared to move, and any trigger would have been used, whatever it was and wherever it was.
When you know how antifa operates, and BLM, the Soros DNC militia... they never just show up, they are deployed.
Their purpose is to run out the clock between now and November, and to try to keep black voters from going over to Trump, and to dominate the news cycle, to keep Trump from getting out his message.
From day one of his administration, the Soros DNC has been deployed to paralyze Trump and tie him down. Hence the attempted coup with Russiagate, the phony impeachment, the virus, and now open street fighting.
That in mind, its amazing how much he managed to accomplish. Still, they smell blood, and they see November coming like a freight train. This is only going to get worse. We have to stick together.

I agree the commies have been planning this insurrection for a long time but that's not my point. My point is the fault of this particular incident lies solely with the police.
The police are handing the BLM commies their agenda on a silver platter.
What surprises me is how many on this site believe the actions of the police in this incident and the Rayshard shooting are justified. They are absolutely not and this is why the BLM commies will have a constant source of fuel for their agenda. It won't be more than a week or two before we have another suspect dead because he "resisted" or he "COULD HAVE" had a weapon or he didn't follow police commands. This issue is not going to go away because it's true the police are off the rails. The BLM commies are just using this issue to their advantage.
The left has had these riots planned and ready for an incident they could use as an excuse this summer. It’s part of the Democrats election campaign strategy.
If it hadn’t been Floyd, it would have been something else. The mobs were simply waiting for their orders.
With Trump support historically high among African Americans, ginned-up summer race riots was a simple prediction to make, and indeed most of us made it.
Its my understanding there is bodycam video. If it indeed exists then it is interesting it hasn’t leaked out. If it reinforced the common narrative it would be out. If it doesn’t you won’t see it until trial.
Another point there are images out there on the Internet of French, German and other police using a similar technique in subduing a uncooperative subject. Arrest is stressful if you have underlying conditions that stress could be enough.
The secret sauce is don’t do things to get arrested.
They find other cases all the time, so it doesn’t matter in the end. It just would have been a different place that was destroyed first.
