The primary bloggers there are Allahpundit, Ed Morrissey, John Sexton, and Jazz Shaw.
There isn’t much “conservative” about the site any more (if there ever was).

I visit occasionally to get a “moderate” GOP take on things. AP is execrable. Most of his stuff is deliberate trolling. He TRIES to get a rise out of pro-Trump conservatives to increase his clicks/views. You know that these guys and probably all the Salem commenters get paid by the click, right? They do. Yeah, the whole site is becoming increasingly irrelevant.
None of them are NPR. All are ‘free market.’
