There are a lot of abandoned missile siloes around the country, and if some rich guy wants to spend his money on one more power to him. Of course the whole plan will collapse as the aftermath stretches from weeks to months, and as several wise people mentioned, there would be armed “guards” out there getting pretty hungry, who know exactly where it is and how to Get in. Might be fun for a while though. Party hardy guys.
‘Five or ten years of confinement” is a fantasy. Most of us have barely been able to tolerate a few months of leisurely house arrest during the ”pandemic.”. This scheme works short term only.

Did not read the book. Did not know there were TWO trains there, suspect that’s what the sequel will be about.
I’m seriously jaded on series myself. So many just die. Haven’t found much on lately, took a chance on this.
Less violent than the movie, but with more outre sub-plots.
In my opinion, any series purchased by either cable or networks should have an end of series final scheduled in the event it is not continued........z

Does the HOA have both an Operating & a Reserve fund set up properly?
Ya think the HOA will have a problem collecting homeowners' unpaid monthly assessment-fee debts?
How will the HOA enforce all its Rules & Regulations?
Does Kansas [or the local county] law prohibit a homeowner from renting his residential unit to a tenant for fewer than 28 consecutive calendar days unless the owner collects & remits to the county a "transient occupancy tax" on such short-term rentals?
