eg, perhaps a nice downtown Aquarium. Filled with water, nearby cafe, ticket booth - perfect for tourists. With its size, could be whales exhibit.
Also filled with water, good setup for something along the lines of Iceland’s Blue Lagoon. Needs some lockers and towel-stations.
