I have no idea what normal oxygen levels are. It sounded like you did. Maybe look it up on WebMD?

93% is low, 90% or less means its time to hook up oxygen.

I suggest you go right away to an ER. If she has trouble breathing , get there immediately. A good 02 level should be mid to high 90’s.
