You are correct as far as you believe that there is a plan to destroy the the economy, the church, the family, goes. But you are about 8 months late. That ship sailed about 8 months ago. It weighed anchor when they convinced the idiots that there was a toilet paper shortage. The plan is not only in the works, the plan is working. Sit back and enjoy it.
Plan has been in action a lot longer than 8 months. Id say 8 decades.
You won’t get an argument from me on that
That was very sad that you had to go through that.
We haven’t used masks yet at our Sunday worship service. We’re a small congregation [10 at most lately], but, praise God, we are all well and have not been restricted.
Be mindful of God not the virus. Lets seek to eradicate this virus of vain hubris,
I’m with you. Whether by some master plan, or by the circumstances, we have been led like sheep to this moment.
If some democrat family members and acquaintances hadn’t been so delighted at the economic destruction and their new-found feeling of superiority because of this, perhaps I would feel differently.
As a former smoker, I remember well when the anti-smokers just wanted a couple of non-smoking tables. Those who smoked said ‘good idea!’ we understand and want to accommodate. Well, they didn’t, and soon we were outside.
It became okay to shame, ridicule and shun smokers, a nasty habit that had been accepted until ‘Safe’ came along.
Perhaps not the perfect analogy, but something similar has happened here. I read of people who contract the disease who say “I did all the right things to be safe!” similar to non-smokers who develop lung cancer. This is a disease that comes with a dose of blame. If it wasn’t something you did, it was someone close to you. How quickly they jumped on Herman Cain when he passed away, for not wearing a mask at the rally. Ignoring the fact there was no other person affected there.
Look at us here. Some posters are clamoring for safe at almost any cost. And, if you don’t agree and follow along, you will be shunned, blamed and forced outside.
Something else - many said, “I’m just doing this until there’s a vaccine.” Well guess what. That’s not going to be the end of it. If you get vaccinated, do you think you’ll be allowed to go mask free?
Really?
Do you know the word Gullible isn’t in the dictionary??
We started our services over a month ago. Very small congregation so keeping a “social distance” is not a problem. Masks are not required but some of our elderly do wear them. One elderly man always shakes hands with me as he is leaving and I’m glad he does.
Time for everyone to get back to normal!
