Grizz, Bison and Moose probably kill the most people each year. Most people don’t realize just how dangerous Moose can be when calves are around. Moose are really f***ing big. A friend had his truck chased down a snowy road being rammed in the back by a Bull Moose a few years ago. Really f***ed up his tail gate. Stay away from Moose.

Where in the hell is the Glades Guru* when he’s needed for a snippy comment? I suspect it may have been something along the lines of “When firearms speak, beasts listen”.
Except for the endless tribe of “Park Persons” doing good, a solution might remind our friends the bears that we are a bit higher on the evolutionary scale. A canister of bear spray fired from a distance? Face full of rock salt, sand, or bird shot fired from a 10 gauge (or, better yet, 2 gauge) punt gun?
