Biden is using the TV airwaves with lots of commercials, mostly filled with lies. Very few Trump TV commercials - why? Maybe Freepers need to pump up the donations to our President. Time is getting short.
Exactly what I see in the blue part of Ohio
as I recall, Trump didn’t buy air time in ‘16, either; he knows how to get his message out without putting money in the pockets of the media opposition.
Shrillary outspent Trump 2-1 in 2016.
Ground games win elections...not TV and radio ads.
A lot in running in California. Not sure why, but seems a good sign that they are spending money in what is supposedly a solid pinko state.
I’ve seen Trump ads on METV here in Arizona (the one with the woman calling 911). More Biden ads, admittedly. About a 2-1 Kelly to McSally ads as well.
In 2016 Trump got a billion dollars of free advertising when he called in to every big morning show and many others every day. The MSM loved him until it seemed that he might win. This time, the opposition has gotten even
More free advertising with the constant anti-Trump propaganda spewed by the MSM.
So, Biden wastes more resources on the enemy than Trump does.
Good.
Biden prefers the basement approach.
I see buying ads every so often in Connecticut, its strange because you would think they would be no need to run ads for the Biden campaign in the state of Connecticut, but yet they are.
Biden is running TONS of commercials. Almost ridiculous in swing states.
I don’t watch their commercials. You get more from test patterns.
Kickbacks to their media allies.
Respectfully disagree...who watches network TV any more? Elections are different now. True Biden adds are all over social media, but so is Trump...and Trump has millions of followers on digital media...also the ground game is what makes the difference...people talking to people. Lastly, depends where you live on TV and radio adds...Trump’s not going to put money into states he has no chance (Cali, Ill, NY, etc.) or states he’s considered a W (Ohio, Tx, etc.)
It is a targeting strategy.
If it is already his OR it is already jo and the ho’s then why bother?
He is doing private enterprise-style marketing the like of which politics STILL has not adjusted.
Kickbacks to their media allies. That is the dirty little secret to the modern campaign system.
A few days ago my wife was watching something on the DVR. Must have been recorded months ago because the recording had an ad by Tom Steyer. That guy spent millions of his own dollars and it didn’t buy him diddly. Same for (Mini) Mike Bloomberg.
Think of it this way. Campaign ads in major media are largely ways for the left to launder money.
