This happened in the NE side of town out by the Air Base. Mostly neighborhoods.
Glad I left LV in 1991 - and have never looked back. The place is now a fetid sh!thole - more than ever....
I go to Vegas quite often. Have friends there. Very picky about where we go. They both live in good neighborhoods. We stay away from the strip and downtown. We frequent Red Rock Casino, South Pointe, and the Silverton.
