I followed the CSPAN thread today...evidently they said 1.7 million VBM ballots were requested in PA but 2.5 million VBM ballots were counted...can anyone confirm??

I haven’t been able to find the Secretary of State figures which were said to have changed last night as far as VBM or whatever ballots COUNTED were concerned, but stayed the same for VBM ballots or whatever SENT OUT. I believe this came from testimony from Greg Stenstrom.

That is correct. The Secretary of State also pulled those states from the SoS website a day before the election.
