Pelosi delayed the bill for months, dropped a massive 5,600 page bill on legislators' desks just before the Christmas break, packed it with dubious stuff crafted by unknown staffers, gave legislators about 5 hours to read it before the vote, allowed for virtually no debate or due deliberation, everybody leaves town to make sure there will be no debate, and then blame Trump for not signing it.
