Officer Michael Sipos, 1 of the officers who responded to 2nd Ave N Christmas Day in the minutes prior to the explosion, had been issued a body camera just days earlier. Here is what he saw & heard:

Can you summarize what he saw and heard, and why it’s signicant (if it is)?
BOOM! A real one, not a Hannity one.
calm cool and collected.
before the bomb went off, one of the cops noted that the RV was just across from ATT where there were connections to all over the South.
response after the bomb went off.
he says they dont need fire response and a few seconds later the bomb goes off. After the 3 minute mark.
A police officer opened the trunk of his car, and immediately an explosion occurred a couple of blocks away.
What are we supposed to infer from that, if anything?
Did he see a missle strike?
I saw a video of a vapor trail depending and then a explosion.
I don’t know if it’s true

It's a decent quality video of police walking by the RV with the announcements playing in the background. This is just prior to the blast. Good thing they keep walking ... AND ...
Thanks for the ping.
Amazing footage.
Questions: How much advance warning did Nashville PD have? How did they know to be there?
The area was blocked off and swarming with cops.
They seemed to know which streets were ok and which ones were not. How did they know that?
in earlier drone video, there’s two partially melted white cars within 10-20 ft of each other.
in this video, there’s a white SUV 50 ft east of the RV,
and a white car 25 ft west of the RV.
how the hell did a blast from the RV
pull those cars together towards the RV?
Re: How did they know to be there?
The RV had a a loudspeaker warning people to leave the area because a bomb would explode in 15 minutes.
I could hear the loud speaker on the video when the cop walked by the RV, but the words were mostly garbled.
The second time I watched the video, I noticed that chunks of metal and masonry were falling out of the sky onto the well lit vacant area next to the cop car, which was several hundred yards from the explosion.
They started hitting the ground like 10 seconds after the blast.
I was just stating a fact, not drawing a conclusion. But one should be willing to look at all the facts available, not just the ones that one might want to believe.
They were called out about 5:30 by a citizen who reported he heard shots being fired. When they got there (5:45 - 6:00 am?) they discovered an RV with a loudspeaker broadcasting an announcement saying it was a bomb and people should evacuate. They spent the next few minutes getting everyone out of the area. (Some of the buildings across the street had apartments on the upper floors.)
They were just extremely lucky that they weren't right next to the thing when it went off.
Walk right by the bomb. If he was a bit slower... KABOOM!!
A very lucky man.
