Let me guess. Don’t even need to read:
Mainly a vegetarian diet is good.
Marijuana is good.
Almost all packaged meat is bad.
Fried foods and sugar are bad
Alcohol is bad
None of it will adequately address moderation, and the fact that many of these foods are not moderated, they are consumed in far too great of an amount. So that doesn’t mean they are inherently bad in small quantities.
I feel lately like the increase in Islamic medical professionals in the Western world has led to constant talk of “zero” alcohol recommendations. Before that change, moderate amounts of alcohol were often said to be beneficial. I smell and anti-alcohol agenda for religious reasons!

I appear to follow all of these, but I do eat relatively “unprocessed” red meat.
Also, salt is not the boogieman they make it out to be. Eat at least 3 grams of sodium a day and at least 3.5 grams of potassium and your body chooses what it needs rather than having it forced in an unhealthy manner, this is if you have functioning kidneys and are not in the 15% of people with salt-sensitive blood pressure issues. So this should hold for up to 85% of everyone.
The death rate goes down for sodium ingestion between 3,000 mg to almost 7,000 mg. It goes up under and over those amounts.
