Does it give landlord relief? I cannot imagine having to maintain a property, pay taxes and insurance,....and not be able to collect rent.

Yes, but no one knows when we will be able to apply. I have an attorney that specializes for landlords, she still does not have the info. Renters are supposed to apply and landlords are compensated directly.
