Ladies and gentlemen, despite and because of everything, we wish you all a Happy New Year and only the very best for 2021. Before we inform you about the status of the Corona litigation, in particular the class action, here is an overview of the background against which everything is taking place:
The hearings of about 100 internationally renowned scientists, physicians, economists, lawyers and stakeholders, which have been held by the Corona Committee in Berlin since 10.07.2020, have shown – as of today – that the Corona scandal was never about health.
As already described in the last newsletter, the danger of this supposedly new virus does not only correspond to the studies of Prof. John Ioannides of Stanford University, but also according to the WHO's assessment of a flu, and the Drosten PCR tests, invented in January 2020, which recommended the WHO leadership, which is financially controlled by China and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (although there are certainly good employees there, as well as the incompetent RKI) as a global gold standard for detecting infections, are not appropriate.
The fact that the corresponding paper for the PCR tests as a method of measuring infections is not only unscientific nonsense, but was apparently deliberately written in such a way that as many false positives as possible were created (and thus panicked the world), is evidenced by a retraction paper written by 22 highly regarded international scientists, which calls on the editor of the journal to withdraw this nonsense immediately. It has been viewed about 18 million times, the German version can be found here:
In addition, the second claim made by Drosten in January 2020 that there are asymptomatic infections is also false. Because there is no such thing, as a recent large study from Wuhan of all places on 10 million people has shown.
A person who has no symptoms is healthy. This means that no one has to be afraid of symptom-free people and force them into masks, no one has to be afraid that a positive test result means that the positively tested person is infected. The now resurfaced horrors from clinics with beds in the corridors are practically every year during the normal flu wave (a corresponding kaleidoscope with such images of the last few years from the mainstream media we can gladly provide), they are now only used specifically to further fuel the panic. There is still no over-mortality in Germany, that more people die in winter, but is tragic but unfortunately "normal".
So what is really at stake if there is no health problem that deviates from the usual flu wave? In this respect, too, we have been able to see the information that has been held and that we have provided further information.
As of today, it must be assumed that the so-called Davos clique, consisting of self-proclaimed corporate elites and self-appointed political elites working intensively for at least 20 years, in particular at the meetings of the private organisation World Economic Forum (WWF), threatened to blow up in September 2019. For in September 2019, there was another, even bigger financial crash than the Lehman financial crisis 12 years ago. This was only briefly reported (among other things very competent lynot in TIME), then the coverage fell silent again. Once again, the financial system was on the verge of collapse, because it was threatening to see that for at least 20 years it had only served to plunder the tax-paying citizens for the benefit of the mafia-like corporation, i.e. to shift wealth from the citizen to the corporations. The best example is the cum-ex transactions that have remained sanctionless to this day, with the help of which banks, corporations and the super-rich, which they had paid only once, could be refunded two or three times. It is understandable that a tax payment of € 10 million can be claimed back at this level if necessary. However, it should be obvious to everyone that 20 or 30 million cannot be recovered instead, even without studying law. Instead, over many years, the above-mentioned ones collected a total of around €38 billion from the taxpayer through fraud. This could only be done well, because the political backing to this came from the politics that had been made docile over at least the last 20 years, especially through the – to be noted private – WWF meetings by the respective corporations "elites". The fact that the judiciary in Germany did nothing in practice shows that the above-mentioned can govern through politics right down to the courts.
We have seen for a long time, particularly in our banking liability processes for scrap property financing, that something is wrong. For it had also become apparent that Deutsche Bank in particular (whose former boss Josef Ackermann met Merkel and Co. regularly in Davos, but celebrated his 60th birthday directly in the chancellery with Merkel) had direct access to the courts via politics and had in fact made Richter their unwilling running boys. Only in this way can it be explained that German judges blindly accepted Deutsche Bank's assertion in its judgments that it – db – would be customary in issuing loans without a loan agreement to people when they only asked for it, in the hope that at some point a suitable loan agreement would be concluded (because the issue of a loan at the request of a potential borrower would lead to the conclusion of the loan agreement). , but DB did not have the documents necessary for an effective conclusion of the contract at that time of the conclusion of the loan agreement, so no court was allowed to find that the contract was concluded by making the money available, otherwise DB would have perished, like a stone).
But none of us expected that Deutsche Bank would be part of the Davos clique, albeit apparently particularly important for money laundering, and that we are now dealing with a thoroughly corrupt and no longer shying away from anything.
Paul Schreyer describes this interdependence of corporate "elites" with politics "elites" very clearly comprehensible in his report "Pandemie-Planspiele" for at least 20 years. There he also describes how these "elites" try to not only retain their illegitimate power, but to expand it into infinity with the help of the most massive, inhuman control mechanisms, before the objects of these control mechanisms – namely we – can notice and rebel against it:
Prof. Dr. Rainer Mausfeld, on the other hand, explains (by the way, completely independent of Corona as early as the beginning of 2019), in his lecture "Why are the lambs silent" that and how politics for many years – unnoticed by the public – has repeatedly staged fear and panic in order to get people to support political decisions that they would not otherwise support.
And former US Deputy Housing Minister and investment banker Catherine Austin Fitts explains in "Catherine Austin Fitt's Full Interview Planet Lockdown" how these "elites" are currently economically implementing, or trying to implement, the takeover of the wealth of the middle class (because if only 10% of the population recognizes this, the House of Cards collapses immediately, some scientists even assume a smaller percentage). One of the reasons for this is that (in relation to the USA, but certainly easily transferable to the rest of the world) areas with small and medium-sized, well-functioning enterprises, e.B from the catering industry and the retail trade, are first "closed" by lockdown, so that these companies can no longer generate income, especially not to pay their loans. Aid is announced, but in fact only sparsely or not paid out at all. According to this, – this may be specifically only for the USA at present – unrest is being staged in those areas, which led to the additional destruction of these companies, so that they can no longer be (not) sold. And then tax-privileged "investors", namely those named above from the Davos clique, take over these companies at virtually zero cost.
The litigation
As you know, a number of institutions and law firms around the world have coordinated to use the courts to establish the background described above and subsequently to demand compensation for the many Drosten test lockdown victims from those responsible for the backers and corporations.
The current worldwide litigation does not take place uncoordinated, but is mainly the result of detailed joint planning by the scientists and lawyers involved. For the fact that the Drosten test recommended by the WHO cannot detect any infections worldwide, and that there are no asymptomatic infections (and therefore no pandemic, at most a PCR test pandemic) is central to the decision of all the world's litigation, and cause the house of cards of pandemic fraudsters everywhere to collapse. However, this also means that whatever is found in the USA, Canada, Australia, Italy, France, etc. in this context with the help of witnesses and experts, as well as expert opinions, can be used as evidence in all other courts in the world.
I. Our PCR test lawsuit for Dr. Wodarg and the lawsuit against Drosten, as well as subsequent lawsuits This action is pending before the Landgericht Berlin for file number 27 O 436/20. However, due to what we consider to be a very strange "mistake", the action was not served on the other side until weeks after it was filed. Allegedly, the court costs we paid were inadvertently misposted as payment on a final invoice, and it was only when – after our call – this "oversight" could be clarified that the service took place. We are now waiting for the other side to reply.

The lawsuit will be finalised in the next few days and will then also be filed with the Landgericht Berlin. With a group of lawyers, we are working to produce a number of other precedent lawsuits, but above all (because this is faster and cheaper) a variety of warnings against those responsible. In this way, we then actually achieve something like a German class action: The order notices ensure that the visible puppets Drosten, Wieler, but also the Leopoldina managers and others (including those personally responsible for quarantine orders and the like at the authorities) are put under pressure, but the subsequent justification of the order for payment decisions has been put under pressure for many months. During this period, a few of the precedent litigation (all of which deal with PCR tests and asymptomatic infections) will be carried out with the evidence required in this regard (interviewing witnesses and experts and drawing up expert opinions). Their results can then be used for the decision of the parallel proceedings, which until then had been 'sleeping' by law, since those disputes, which had been dormant until then, could no longer lead to a different result in the parallel precedents established.
II. PCR Test Lawsuit in New York The US colleagues around Robert F Kennedy, jr's Childrens Health Defense Group filed a PCR test lawsuit in New York on 16.12.20 – advised by the same experts as us – for a number of plaintiffs. You can read this lawsuit here:

III. The Canadian class action, which will become an international class action for all Drosten PCR test lockdown victims, the Canadian colleagues around Michael Swinwood submitted this class action to be read here last week. It is currently being supplemented on the advice of the court. The legal group, which is initially represented, consists of the Indians and, among other things, a group of small entrepreneurs and a representative of the disabled. Unlike all the other lawsuits filed so far, this lawsuit also describes in a manageable way the historical background of the power structures built up over centuries behind the above-mentioned Davos clique.
The Indians (Algonquin) as a group of plaintiffs are of particular importance because for centuries, like the Indians in the USA and Latin America, they have been the target of genocid attempts by the so-called conquerors. Now, as Michael Swinwood explains, we are all Indians ("We are all indians now").
IV. Judgments from Portugal and Ecuador 1. A first ruling by a Portuguese appeals court a few weeks ago found that PCR tests, just as the inventor of the PCR test, Nobel laureate Kary Mullis, has repeatedly pointed out, are unable to detect infections or even illnesses. It concerns four German tourists, one of whom tested positive, which was regarded as infectious by the authorities – just as by the German sham science and the administrative authorities blindly following them – and the basis for a kind – unconstitutional, as the court finds, thus confirming the court of first instance – house arrest.
This ruling degrades all those decisions of German administrative authorities who, while not inabidly able to recognize in urgent decisions, that PCR tests cannot detect infections, nevertheless – by means of a blatant diffraction of the law – felt that they had to follow the false information of the RKI, which had to stand out for PCR tests, and assumed that the health system was in danger (e.B. OVG Münster). This is what tutoring in the rule of law looks like by a Portuguese court for a German court (please run through a translation program if necessary, as the link leads to the original).
2. A judgment of the Ecuadorian Constitutional Court, which was announced on 02.01.21, has ruled that so far all anti-Corona measures are based on mere presumptions without any factual basis. After 9 months, the acting policy must finally be able to communicate clear, evidence-based findings in this regard and to base its measures on its measures. However, because this has not happened, all measures are unconstitutional. Not a single administrative court, which has so far been decisive in Germany on urgent applications, and not least the Federal Constitutional Court has so far been able to make this statement, which is of course also applicable to Germany. This is what a Rule of Law tutoring looks like for a German court by an Ecuadorian court.
V. Anaction for annulment of vaccine and constitutional complaint by a German judge concerning the measures of the Federal Government, which was effectively kidnapped by the Davosclique, 1. In parallel with all these efforts, the Italian colleague Dr. Renate Holzeisen is working with our and the experts' help on an action for annulment against the EU Commission concerning the authorisation of the factually untested and highly dangerous vaccines, which are in fact – prohibited – genetic experiments on humans, in any case as far as the producers Bioentech/Pfizer and Moderna are concerned. In italy, the very well-educated and powerful anti-mafia prosecutors are also investigating, among other things, the WHO and its Italian governors. In France, therefore, an action is being brought before the Court of Human Rights.
2. In addition, a German judge (with whom we are in contact) has filed a constitutional complaint concerning the blind flight measures of the de facto kidnapped Federal Government, which destroys democracy and the rule of law, and hopes that – contrary to all concrete indications – the head of the Constitutional Court is not yet the same. We have published these constitutional courts on 2w020news, and it can be submitted by anyone.
We will keep them informed on an ongoing basis, if necessary also with videos (whereby there is a risk that they will be deleted) about the legal development. At the same time, we must all work to make the true facts accessible to as many people as possible. We're going to win because we have to win.

Waiting for these scam test results before treatment occurs has unnecessarily killed many people in the vulnerable classes of patients.
This scam has been run for two reasons:
1) to ruin Western economies to the advantage of China
2) to allow unconscionably high profits for Big Pharm
The truth is too drastic for any but the most objective, dedicated scientists and politicians.
The Government of Canada is now beginning to realize that the European Union is unilaterally reducing the contracted number of doses by producing a list of nations to be supplied without reductions, Canada is not on that list.
The Germans are at the center of this scam.They want to drive the demand for vaccines even higher so they can demand even more money, the excuse being that they have to research the mutated strains of Covid 19 and adjust the vaccines being produced.
The scam continues far beyond the original iteration described in this article and the referenced lawsuits.
Its breath taking in the scam’s scope and greed.
Message: Every nation should be manufacturing its own supply of vaccine,when it comes to unconscionable profit and purposefully continued socio-economic lock down control.
If the truth becomes understood by the general public in the USA and Canada, there would be no more lock downs, early treatment protocols in place, and a much diminished demand for the over rated vaccines. China wants this to last as long as it can make it last.
