The FBI is investigating some of his followers. Others are already in custody and facing decades in prison if convicted of federal charges connected to the January 6 insurrection at the US Capitol. But the national leader of the extremist Oath Keepers group is carrying on as before. He might even be emboldened.
"You gotta declare this regime to be illegitimate," Stewart Rhodes said on Infowars on January 30 -- 24 days after the riot amid the violence that left five dead and delayed the certification of President Joe Biden's election win. "You gotta to declare everything that comes out of King Biden's mouth as illegitimate -- null and void from the inception because he is not a legitimate president."
Rhodes is still peddling the falsehood that the election was illegitimate. He says Biden's administration and supporters in Congress should be seen as an occupying enemy force and issues warnings about what he claims are 365 million armed patriots ready to "rise up."
"There is going to be resistance. The only question is what will be the spark," Rhodes said in a January 30 interview on Infowars, a media organization that is one of the leading purveyors of conspiracy theories in the US. "They keep pushing," he said of who he calls "leftists." "That is why it's important... Let them be the ones who draw first blood. Then you defend."

One sign that the FBI is attempting to regain some of it’s totally destroyed and shat upon reputation is when we learn that they are going after CNN. Until then, the FBI is just a bunch of democRAT hacks with badges.
In contrast, the FBI is not investigating any of Kamala Harris’s terrorist followers. They are facing no charges for their “mostly peaceful protests”, and Kamala herself raises money to bail those terrorists out on the rare occasions when a police officer who didn’t get the memo does arrest them.
We are facing pure evil, and the double standard is just one of many measure on how this will go down.
Decades? For entering a Federal building after being let inside? Vandalism? What about all the BLM/Antifas who torched Federal courthouses?
Stewart Rhodes is telling the truth. Biden must be rejected. Trump must be returned to the Whitehouse.

I’m so old I remember when all the Kavanaugh protestors were let go after invading the Capital and verbally assaulting reps. No fines. No punishment. Two-tier justice.
If the leaders of a country do not realize that they are accountable to God and thus should have a healthy respect for His standards (the “Fear of the Lord”), then they eventually will learn that they are accountable to those they govern.
If they ignore their accountability to God, eventually they will face His judgement.
If they ignore their accountability to the governed, they will face the judgement of the Ballot Box. If they corrupt the Ballot Box, then comes the judgement of the Courts. If they corrupt the Courts, then the Legislature must do the Right thing.
If they fail, then, eventually, they will face the wrath of the People.
25,000 troops in Washington, DC is evidence that our Legislature is beginning to understand this last point. Their fear is spreading as evidenced by their move to vet the troops to weed out “undesirable” political leanings.
Be afraid, be very afraid.
Repent before God and the people you govern. Take seriously your oath of office. Read the Constitution, as written.
One thing I am certain of is that the Oath Keepers are infiltrated by FBI operatives. I would not be involved with them for that reason alone.
Whatever you may think otherwise, I think his statement “There is going to be resistance. The only question is what will be the spark,” is likely true. That spark may be hours away or a decade away but unless something changes, it will come.
The FBI are government employees.
Should be interesting when the video is shown as evidence for the defense of police waiving them through. The way federal prosecutions work, they will likely reduce the charges and accept guilty pleas to very low level trespassing charges for 95% of those currently charged. They will be destroyed financially in the process. The other 5% will be used as examples and hopefully they get it right and get the truly violent ones and the ones (apt here were some).
I crack up every time I hear this nonsense. They've drawn first blood so many times it ain't even funny. But the Oath Breakers and 2% milkers are too busy chasing each other around the forest with their paintball guns.
The are calling for anyone who expresses “anti-government” opinions to be jailed. They get some asshat from the ADL to chime in, despite the fact that there’s zero evidence of anti-Semitism in the Oath Keepers. As representatives of a tiny minority, I would think Jewish organizations would have the sense not to be hopelessly partisan, ‘cause when the elephants rumble, the mice get trampled. No, I’m not an anti-semite, just pointing out that actions like this where leftist Jews represent themselves as the only Jewish voice on national matters are just stupid.

The article makes that clear, although it’s good psyops on the part of the FBI to make everyone think they’ve infiltrated everywhere.
I am sure you are right, the problem for the FBI is they have to wonder which teem their agents are playing for.
Otherwise known as as the FBI-NKVD.
What do we call the people who do not keep their oaths, but instead bring honest law-abiders and law-enforcers to ruin? Hmmm?
Are we talking about the Federal Bureau of Insinuators? or the Freely and Blatant Instigators?
Can we still trust these guys in anything? Back in my childhood, they were the G-Men, the Gang-Busters, whom every real American could trust with his life.
Is that what they are now? Oath-Keeper-Busters? Trump-busters? the Untouchable nemesis of law-abiding extremists?
