I lived in Maryland for 12 years and California for 15 years, and never once saw or even heard of grape or cranberry pie.
I am a native Oregonian, and I have never in my life seen or heard of pear pie.
Pear pie is great, better than apple, although similar.
Strawberry glace pie is freaking awesome.
Especially when Oregon is famous for its cherries.
