They are all in business to make money first and foremost and everything else is secondary.

But not as secondary as it once used to be. Wokeness has a lot of currency in corporate America now and there’s a rising emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG). Profits are not as important as they were. That’s just the reality of business today.
I disagree. Bottom line is profits. Dwindling profits pisses off stockholders and gets Corporate Execs fired.
