Doofus unworthy of Rush.
no one can really replace rush and a lot of that is is sense of humor
Meanwhile, the EIB network continues with various hosts and snippits of vintage Rush.
These stories are misleading. No one is taking over the golden EIB microphone.
This is going to hurt the guide hosts playing old Rush clips. 770 gets much better reception than 710 that the guide hosts are on. It will be Kirk for 1 hr, O’reilly update for 15 mins and Greg Kelly for 1hr 45 min.
Rush hasnt been at WABC in years. Didn’t he jump over to WWOR a few years back?
Wonder who will be the new host of Rush’s show in the Phoenix market?
Charlie Kirk is boring and loved by Hollywood freaks.
Steven Crowder has the ability to do five hours of radio daily with millions of listeners.
Naw. He’s a little brat, not seasoned enough for the slot.
It seems impossible that we’re using phrases like “Rush Limbaugh’s old time slot.” Still very hard to accept such a great loss.
I would like to see Steve Deace get some of that coveted EIB slot time.
He’s one of the must underrated radio hosts on the the airwaves today.
Rush and Hannity left 77WABC for 710WOR in 2013. This guy is replacing an hour of the recently cancelled Curtis Sliwa Show, not Rush’s show.
Big difference.
Get back to us a couple of months from now to let us know how he did.
What happened to Dan Bongino taking Rush’s spot? I heard he was to take the spot in March?
No one person is “replacing” Rush. Actually, it’s several different radio hosts who are taking his time slot in different affiliates his show came out of. That’s all.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Rush had not been on 77WABC in New York for years. His show was on 710WOR.
WLS Radio (890 AM) is running a local “guest host Ray Stevens” in Rush’s slot until they begin with Dan Bongino’s 3 hour show, whenever it debuts.
