Why do you say that? T-Rex did not need arms to choke the prey. All that was needed was one bite of those 6” long dagger like teeth.

There would be no need for jaws like that to pick up already dead animals lying on the ground. And with jaws like that, as with snakes, it would not need large arms.

Most interesting new discovery in that is they found the tail of another dino with a T-Rex tooth stuck inside it. The wound had healed, so it means the T-Rex tried to chomp on it while it was alive.
