Is this PDF the blueprint for the Covid-19 Planned-Demic?

I believe Event 201, the Gates Foundation-Johns Hopkins “wargaming” summit of NGOs, government bureaucracies and the media held in New York City on October 18, ARSH 2019, was the rehearsal and planning meeting before the launch of the planned-demic now known as “Covid-19”.

It appears that the script for the planned-demic was actually written in 2017.

The publisher, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Health Security, serves as the functional arm of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The infectious pathogen, medical countermeasures, characters, news media excerpts, social media posts, and government agency responses described herein are entirely fictional.

 The content I've read thus far mimics the Planned-demic 'script' unfolding on the news for the past 15 monhts. I haven't finished reading it, but have seen enough to find it extremely Orwellian in it's sachryin use of words to 'protect' (i.e., abuse) the public.Though supposedly written from a 'public service' standpoint, it focuses on controlling the public's reactions to decisions made by those in control.  Skimming ahead in the document, the scenario involves public resistant to a vaccine "perceived" as rushed and without long-term data to determine safety. 

Attention is paid to those 'spreading' misinformation and how to counter them, with emphasis on the argument that 'coorelation does not equate to causation', an argument often used by the most vigrous Covid-19 vaccine defenders on FR.

The PDF's scenario proposes the possible emergence of neurological symptoms with the passage of time and how best to respond to it. In particular, it identifies an example of someone on social media reporting higher numbers of side-effects than those released by the CDC.

Note that I just posted a thread about a doctor reporting higher numbers of side effects than the CDC, in particular, neurological issues among patients which are evolving in a manner the doctor likened to the progress of MS.

This section in the SPARS PDF uses a theoretical Muslim community reaction to a vaccine: 

After reading and viewing these reports, several ..... mistakenly conflated the origin of the virus with the origin of the vaccine and concluded that the vaccine itself was unclean.

But in today's reality, China released the China virus, and China released what it says is the genome for the virus which American vaccine companies then used to make 'our' Covid-19 vaccines.

A FReeper provides a helpful, if very technical, post firming up what I had seen elsewhere in anecdotal information showing that our Covid-19 vaccines are based on China's release of a model of the virus (genome):The CDC Says No Isolated Samples of the Covid-19 Virus Are Available. The Development of Covid-19 Vaccines Based (freerepublic.com)So it is not incorrect to 'conflate' the origin of the China virus with the origin of the vaccine; they both came from China. There really is a China Virus/China Vaccine issue of legitimate concern. I believe the writers of this 'SPARS' .pdf knew some would take issue with China giving both the virus and the genome for our vaccines and therefore the document discusses 'misperceptions' and how to counter them.

I don't know if this SPARS .pdf will prove to be their wish list or partially true, or the exact blueprint. There's a sordid, treasonous amount of 'planning' all detailing the 'pandemic' that Dr. Fauci 'foretold' early in the Trump Administration. I believe a recognizable amount of it is going 'according to plan.'

The document is polished and includes realistic looking social media posts posing 'communication challenges'.

I converted the PDF to text and posted it elsewhere on FR for those who don't want to leave FR or download the PDF.  Unfortunately, converting it to text drops out the glossy PR look and feel, and illustrative images. The text version also has formatting issues and blank spaces, but is otherwise readable.
