New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is refusing to commit to resignation if the state’s investigation concludes he committed sexual misconduct while in office.
Mr Cuomo has been accused by nine women, several of them employees of the governor, of having made unwanted sexual advances and comments toward them. New York Attorney General Letitia James has launched an investigation into the claims.
During a press conference on Monday, Mr Cuomo was asked whether he committed any of the actions his accusers attributed to him.
Mr Cuomo flatly denied any wrongdoing.
Then a reporter asked him if he would discipline himself or consider resignation if Ms James' investigation found that he had committed the acts.
Mr Cuomo refused to commit to any corrective action, saying that the report would not find any wrongdoing.
"The report can't say anything different because I didn't do anything wrong," Mr Cuomo said.

its always easy to believe the worst about enemies
i have bias, and common sense based on his personality traits
i believe most of the women have valid claims, but i also am biased with massively ravid libtards like cuomo
i think the same standards should apply
if these women have legit claims, file lawsuits. there are so many lawyers that would be happy to represent their cases. they do not require unanimous jury verdicts to get judgments in their favor.
Sexual harassment is the least of it, which is why everyone is so happy to go there.
Albany is a cesspool.
And Cuomo is so crooked he could sleep comfortably on a corkscrew.
And yet nobody’s blowing the whistle on anything else....
A nice long sojourn in one of the big jails in upstate New York will do him some good.
And then there’s what he’s done with the census.
NYS should have lost 2 seats.
Note to the other 49: Sue NYS. Cuomo took one of your House seats. Haul his a$$ into court.
Discovery would be eye-popping.
He should be nailed with Manslaughter.
And while we’re on the subject of Cuomo and Cuomo having a lot to hide...
We all know that the WuFlu case count has been goosed beyond belief to inflate the number cases. To terrify the citizenry.
But what happens when you jack the case count?
The mortality rate declines. Bigly.
So what do you to to keep the fear factor stoked? Since folks won’t be terrified if people aren’t dropping like flies...
You have to pad the death toll, too.
Every death attributed to WuFlu needs to be examined, checked out to see if the cause was really WuFlu...or something else.
Even the deaths of the elderly. Especially the folks who would have passed due to failure to thrive, dementia...
Assume nothing.
Verify everything.
Then we’ll see what the evidence tells us.
Crimes against humanity.
VA governor and Lt. Gov didn’t leave.
Democrats are upset that Al Franken stepped down.
The way to fight that fraud is AUDIT.
There are monies (insurance and federal) tied to Covid hospitalization and deaths.
Period.

Embattled New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) has reportedly taken over the leadership of the weekly White House conference calls with the nation’s governors about the coronavirus pandemic, since President Joe Biden does not join them.
Philip Wegmann of RealClearPolitics reported Monday that Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have both opted not to join the weekly conference calls with governors, unlike former President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence
