I was vaccinated for small pox, and still got sick with it because of heavy influx of virus in a crowded train ride of 8 hours, and my 8 year body got very sick with high fevers and dime size blisters covering my entire body. I still remember the distress after 73 years, and have marks on my face from the smallpox. Vaccine will not protect you from heavy invasions by the virus is what I learned from that experience.
