The decision to grant no addition relief by 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer, made during a Zoom hearing, marks another loss for former President Donald Trump and his allies, who claim votes were intentionally switched in the November contest but have been roundly defeated in court cases around the country.
Attorney Matthew DePerno and his client, Antrim County resident William Bailey, initially sued over a local marijuana retailer proposal, but have expanded it since then, including seeking an audit of the 2020 contest. But the judge said an audit appears to have already been done so "pursuant to authority." The plaintiffs could still appeal, and the judge said it is his understanding that all other matters have been put on hold for the time being.

The judge simply went with the criminal Michigan SoS assertion that her cursory, meaningless “audit” was all that was required or allowed.
Basically Pilate washing his hands of the affair.
It will be appealed, but I dont know where the money for DePerno to continue will come from.
Would be helpful if he had the damn R party behind him, but we all know how that goes.

The threats could have been in the dozens or hundreds.
Or there could have been none.
Could have been as simple as....Hey, Kevin, just talked to Gov Whitmer and she was telling me there’s probably going to be a vacant seat on the ????? court. And she happens to think, in the interest of bipartisanship and fairness that you could be a great pick for it. The Governor is a firm believer in justice being blind and she believes that you wouldn’t let your being a Republican interfere with your ability to interpret the law fairly and justly. Take some time to think about it.
With the way things have played out over the last 6-7 months, for as many supporters of President Trump that there are in this country, there sure seem to be a lot of very, very Republican Anti-Trump folks in every layer of politics and the judicial system.
Most American mouthbreathers that think that "they know politics" have NO IDEA what's going on behind the scenes.

The legislature in Michigan is Republican. Can they launch an audit on their own, as was done in AZ?
This judge already did more than his part in issuing the security audit last Spring, still the only one in the county I am aware of, which of course found the Dominion machines set up for fraud. Could have been what happened to DePerno ? It will all come out after AZ anyway, no need for such a small and isolated county to lead the world.

Let them do a real audit, not what the SOS wants to protect the fraud.
If it were the other way around he wouldn’t have made this ruling. Because he knows that the courthouse would be in flames and he and his family would be in hiding.
They’ll never do it. Too scared or too corrupt. While corrupt I think it’s more fear.
Fearful for their own lives and safety and also of Michigan burning down. Knowing they’ll get blamed for it
Hate them with a passion but one has to respect the fact that ANTIFA, BLM and their puppet masters can make their opponents fearful of what may come if they don’t get their way.
