I wish him luck on his position.
what a great athlete and person! may God continue to bless him in whatever he does.
Who is TIM TEBOWARRIVES?
I guess he was signed as tight end. Makes me feel good that Kapernick can’t even get a job as a ball boy in the NFL.
We have signed TE Tim Tebow. pic.twitter.com/xAsfcZP1sG— #DUUUVAL (@Jaguars) May 20, 2021
// Seems he beefed up in the hopes of securing the gig. //
Well sure! He’s been a diligent worker all along with notable ability to involve fans.
Regardless my negative feelings toward NFL & Jags (who also knelt during anthem in England game), I wish him well.
I envision some trick plays with him throwing the ball.....
Best of luck. It will be interesting to see how it works out. Tebow is a good locker room influence and provides leadership. And I think he can still play.
He’s a nice guy.
Whatever he does, his nice won’t go away. Nice wife. Nice Heisman trophies. Nice NCAA trophy.
The last athlete this nice all the time was Stan Musial.
Urban Meyer is smart. By signing Tebow and having him in camp, its an enormous benefit to Trevor Lawrence. As the highly touted, overall number one pick in the draft, this young man will be under the media spotlight and have enormous pressure on him. Tebow will not only take some of that media spotlight but being a former #1 QB draftee himself and a good person, he may be really able to help Trevor Lawrence as he copes with all the NFL challenges and expectations.
I thought it was mandatory to post pix to a Tebow thread ?
I hope he is successful. The last person playing two pro sports I can remember is Bo Jackson.
Think about Tebow running the end around with the threat of passing. He won’t be much of a blocking tight end, but if the roster calculus allows it, he’s an emergency QB, and a receiving tight end. Kinda cool, hope it works out for him though I think it’s a long shot.
Not taking the (Gator) bait. I have always been a Tebow fan, but haven’t watched a single down of NFL since the first knee was taken. NFL is desperate for viewership so they’ll do anything to get the Right back. I wish him luck, but I’m not about to compromise my principles to tune in to see him play.
I may make this concession: listen to Tebow football on secret shortwave radio.
In other places the haters say Tebow will hurt the Jaguars, seemingly oblivious to the fact the big kittens were 1-15 last year.
How can he hurt the Jags? Too funny.
I wish Tebow the best but I wish he’d grow up and realize he needs a transition from professional sports. I figured a wife would talk some sense into him. He could achieve so much more as an ambassador for Christ instead of a too-old football or baseball player who isn’t good enough to stick with the best leagues in the business. A sad ending to a once-storybook career.
Some enterprising individual, if those were forwarded to the NFL home office, the NFL rules mandate they must investigate personal threats to players AND open an invest on every NFL player who threatens a bounty.
The NFL is entertainment, not political theater. Tebow is a great add for that reason.
There is an amazing photo of Tebow and Mark Sanchez. Sanchez looks like a hobbit compared to Tebow. Today, as a tight end, the possibilities are endless. Just imagine a double reverse play, Tebow ends up with the ball, appears to be running the ball, and throws it down the field to a wide open receiver.
