Victoria’s Secret has signed soccer World Cup winner Megan Rapinoe and actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas in a desperate bid to rebuild its brand and appeal to a broader market, Page Six has exclusively learned.
The beleaguered lingerie giant is relaunching and moving away from its traditionally rail-thin models by introducing The VS Collective with diverse “leading icons” and “changemakers” — including Jonas and Rapinoe — to “shape the future of the brand,” an industry insider told Page Six.
But don’t expect to see “White Tiger” star Chopra and Rapinoe — who has been a preeminent voice in the fight for women’s equal pay in the soccer world — posing in the firm’s famously flimsy, barely-there briefs.

Oh, PUKE!
There is NO amount of Viagra...
They want to go out of business.
It’s the only thing that makes sense.
Victoria can keep her secret to herself!
Looks like Victoria’s Secret is finally out.
She’s stupid.
Victoria Secret used sexy models not to get men interested (they generally don’t buy female underwear) but because it was selling the idea to women that they could be sexy if they bought their product.
Its why Beer commercials show people having fun instead of showing a guy in a room by himself drinking himself to sleep.
Rapinoe has already done nude modeling.
Without knowing or caring I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.
Well when your $95 product can be copied and sold on Amazon for $6.99 including free 2nd day shipping, you need a new audience
Victorias Secret created wealth capitalizing on the perennial reality that sex sells. They knew their market and exploited it shamelessly. Doubt there will be many tears shed if their “woke” executives make a monumental foolish error by misinterpeting their core market and try to impose their bizarre values as to what is desirable and sexy on unwilling consumers.
Just No!
Ick and triple ick
Doubtful this will save them. Woke females generally are not interested in beauty fashion, at least as defined by Victoria Secret, and this won’t make much of a dent. Maybe it will help temporarily. Anyway, the Victoria Secret success of the past seemed to be primarily driven by retail malls which have become less commonplace over time.
Wrong direction.
On the plus side, they’ll be saving lots of money on bra fabric.
Rappinho?
What, couldn’t they find an ugly, obnoxious, skinny, bitchy guy to sign on?
I think corporate America has lost the sense to sell sexy.
Does Wexner still own this? If so, perhaps he’s distracted by Maxwell potentially singing the pedo-blues!
They cannot expect to attract men.
Is Victoria’s Secret trading on the stock market? I’ve got to get in on the short selling now.
