Tillamook is invaded by Portlanders. We get a surge after every tourist surge. Our illegal population is fairly stable.

A friend is in a Portland hospital with severe complications from the vaccine. She is getting terrible care due to low numbers of staff.
We of course are left to assume that the situation is completely unprecedented by the media. But should we assume this?
Consider the black-church arson media fueled narrative of the 90s. It was well established in the media that black churches were being burned down by racists in a disturbing upwards trend. After running this narrative for years, it turned out there was no such trend. It was sloppy sensational reporting. It turned out many of the burned churches reported on had white congregations and that there was no particular increase over the norm of black churches burning. And the reasons for the burnings followed the regular pattern of people with mental illness, insurance fraud, or concealment of theft.
So, forgive me for being suspicious and asking questions...because I don't trust the media to do their jobs and ask them first. Rather I expect them to just push a narrative to move their product. They might get something right sometimes, but then so does a broken clock.

Why can’t American hospitals learn how to do that, too?

“The shortage of beds here is not due to surge of patients. It’s mostly due to lack of staff. They’re only using 75% of available beds because of staff ratio. Staff shortage is due to vax mandate. There’s a large ongoing protest outside our hospital by healthcare workers who have been laid off.”
We have a similar situation in the 6 counties north of Gay Frisco in California. No one has been laid off due to protesting vaccination. However, the 6+ hospitals started laying front line workers off about 2 months ago due to a lack of regular patients, who are not being seen by the local doctors in these staff/hospitals.
A week ago a good friend who just turned 80 passed out at a charity event in the mid day sun, (his words as a former Brit!).
There were doctors at the event, and they assisted him and got him setting up. One called for an ambulance. The patient, our friend, is a cancer survivor and is on a couple of potent anti cancer drugs.
He was taken to one of the 6+ hospitals, the nearest one.
There were no ICU beds, they had called the other hospitals and there were no vacant ICU beds for him at any hospital.
Meanwhile, he was in an ER bed being treated. His wife and daughter who couldn’t come into the hospital due to the migrant swarm of Covid patients.
His cancer doc arrived and told the people in charge of the ER that his patient was staying in that ER bed until a bed on the internal medicine ward was open. 24 hours later our friend was transferred to a bed in the medical ward. He was discharged later, in about 36 hours.
When, his wife picked him up, at a side exit and as they were driving home. They passed RN’s and other front line care workers. They were still protesting being laid off a couple of weeks ago on the way out off the hospital.

there shouldn’t BE a backlog if family were claiming the bodies of their loved ones for services and burial, so if there’s any truth to this BS article at all, then the bodies being transported are UNCLAIMED, meaning they belong to “homeless” (bums) and/or illegal aliens ..
