Soy has estrogen, no thanks.
I'm willing to give it a try if Fauci comes out against it.
Natto is fermented. So no problem with the estrogen issue.
So do soy beans, tofu, tempeh, soy beverages, linseed (flax), sesame seeds, wheat, berries, oats, barley, dried beans, lentils, rice, alfalfa, mung beans, apples, carrots, wheat germ, ricebran if you’re talking about phytoestrogens.
Cow’s milk has actual estrogen. All animal products contain estrogen.
I take it you don't eat meat, then? And that you are a plant?
Anyway, natto is a traditionally fermented food, so there would be no such issues anyway.
The few beans involved are not an estrogen concern. There is no protein concentrate involved, either.
Soy has phytoestrogens, which is different and does different things biologically. The Asians have been downing soy for a zillion years and they're certainly not girly. It's only when soy started taking people away from eating meat that the estrogen scare began. Don't worry, it's not going to give you moobs and sap your muscle strength.
And another thing ... as much as you believe that big pharma, big tobacco, big auto, big everything lies and obfuscates, believe also that big ag does the same thing.
And they buy a lot of politicians and advertising to make sure that you have the correct opinions about certain foods, especially the ones that cut into the sales of animal products.
Follow the money.
