It sounds like they were asking for it
It’s a combination of narcissism and infantile passive/aggressive behavior: “I’ll hold my breath till I turn blue!” mashed up with “You’ll feel so sorry after I’m dead!” Most people realize it’s idiotic self-defeating behavior and outgrow it by the time they reach puberty. A few — the ones with serious narcissism issues — imagine it elevates them to the status of Gandhi and stick with it as adults.
Good. Hope they all do it.
I put my concern for these idiots to music - written for the world’s smallest stringless violin.
wow....a whole week...if you have water...you’ll last a lot longer than that
Probably Bulimic anyway
it’s a combo of being stupid and being stupid.
It worked for Gandhi (and doesn't for others) because --
1) The British knew Gandhi had enough self discipline to starve himself to death.
2) If Gandhi had died it would have unleashed violence all over India.
Give them co2 sammiches
They know they aren’t gonna die, And that the gov will save their lives. They are just looking for attention. If they were serious about it, they would off themselves, for the cause,, and leave behind a message of protest
Seems to me perhaps waiting for it to actually get warmer might be a thing to consider.
Six activists calling themselves "the last generation" have not eaten since the end of August.
They're candy asses. Cut off their water until they eat, do that each time they refuse food, and make it clear they are going to be dead in three days without water. Then bill each one for their jail time. If they die, good riddance.
“On Tuesday, a hunger striker was temporarily admitted to a hospital, but he continued his strike after being discharged.”
‘Useful Idiot’ doesn’t even scratch the surface describing these folks.
It is sad that young people have been so misled.
