I would much rather be in Hawaii than in overcrowded and unsanitary Uttar Pradesh. Their record keeping regarding deaths and causes is more unreliable than Chicago weather.
I am not recommending moving to Uttar Pradesh.. lol.. But, with a population of 246 million people and zero deaths in last 24 hours and 200 active cases, with a 6% vaccination rate they are making our country look like a bunch of imbeciles.
