Every day, those who resist the vaccine regime are being driven further and further from participating in American life.
The COVID police have tightened the noose around the necks of the unvaccinated. No longer do you only have to wear a useless mask indoors (unless you’re London Breed, the Mayor of San Francisco, or partying with her). This new noose is inflexible. It’s being tightened, progressively (pun intended).
We unvaccinated are now relegated to second-class citizen status. Berkeley and San Francisco have decreed that the unvaccinated may no longer enter restaurants, gyms, or any indoor venues of any sort. Contra Costa County just adopted a slightly less harsh rule—you can show a negative COVID test, taken within 3 days.
We can get take-out or dine outdoors at those restaurants that have patios or bump-outs in the street. The latter are such fun! Nothing beats dining al fresco, up close with the cars and trucks and motorcycles. A little eau de diesel with your entrée, madame? A chilly night? Huddle around the patio heaters. If your plans happened to include taking in a concert or movie after dinner, fuggedaboudit. No passport, no entry. Too bad our southern border isn’t so strictly enforced!
By the way, do you have symptoms when you get sick? Can you tell whether you’re coming down with a cold or the flu or even dread COVID, by observing your symptoms? Getting feverish, have a sore throat, bodily aches and pains, or shortness of breath? Would you, in these fraught times, ignore symptoms or would you stay home like a responsible adult and care for yourself?

I was at a site doing some work and they asked me when I could do some more work. “Whenever - as long as it is before Oct. 18th!” (Our cutoff date for non-vaccinated.)
Both of my clients said “Oh. Well us too!”

stop trying to fit into the demented society policies/decrees. Find and go to places that still have properly functioning brian cells OR create your own new places or ways of doing things.
Problem is people think they NEED to go out to dinner or entertainement or such “pleasures” when really those things distract from true joys of being alive and opportunities of being alive.
Open your eyes and see you are still brainwashed to think you NEED such things in life. they are frivilous pleasures, some times addictions, and not necessary.
People in remote areas of countries don’t have these distractions and likely would laugh at what I read of the excerpt posted above - such problems, LOL.
Keep in mind... The cancer of Communism started in Berkeley and spread to every corner of the country. We should have interest in what happens there, because it is absolutely coming to our neighborhood theater next.
We should have remotely took great interest there long ago to prevent the spread of the disease...
At this point i would rather have an unvaccinated person in my home doing work as i believe vaccinated are super spreaders

It is OK because the vaxed will be dropping like flies soon from heart attacks, cancer, jungle rot etc soon. So we unvaxed will have to be patient a while longer.

The disease is the killer. It is going to lower the median life expectancy to what the oligarchs want. That’ll solve entitlements. It’s going to get more virulent under control of the oligarchs and the Chinese labs, until it kills almost all not taking the government’s treatments.

And I know that I am still very careful (yes, I wear a mask, decontaminate stuff, etc.) but other than that I still go out and haven’t changed my life too much. But I wonder if the vaccinated are not as careful?
Everyone should be free to decide for themselves what their tolerance for risk is. Although I do feel bad for some of the folks that have isolated themselves so much. A neighbor’s child has not even been allowed to play, even outside, with other kids since this started!
Another couple we know went to visit their daughter. They stayed in the daughter’s basement for a week. They only saw the daughter (and her family) through the sliding glass door from the yard!
The problem is not the unvaccinated, the problem is who created the virus in the first place. They must be punished. You don’t cure cancer by putting a band aid on it, you cut it out.

You just have to make your decision and be prepared for what comes after.
I’m at the tail end of my covid quarantine. I’m pretty sure that I got covid from a vaccinated person, actually more of a vaccine activist.
His daughter got married over the last weekend. Interesting to see if there was an outbreak after the wedding.
