Won’t matter. Natural resources which are restricted to Americans are sold off (permitted) to foreigners by Federal politicians. Case in point the Atlantic salmon in the 70s and 80s and Atlantic cod thereafter. And coal too.
Don’t forget to sink any Chinese fishing boats in those waters.
Reduce the seal population.

1) Remove all the humans who take water out of the streams’ water tables.
