I believe that to be true and it’s getting worse IMO, you combine a crumbling economy, drug addiction and homelessness and you have a lot more women on the streets, they start prostituting themselves, get picked up by some psycho and are never seen again....
The NSA has sophisticated programs scanning for specific words. But people aware of this say things like, “Mom says to take care of the issue we discussed.”. Same with emails and texts.
I remember back when the Chandra Levy case was big news. I remarked that if she hadn’t been sleeping with a congressman that no one would have cared much about her disappearance. Many women become victims because they are too independent. A women alone in an isolated place can easily become a victim to some predator. The reality is that a woman jogging by herself is in jeopardy. The boyfriend isn’t always the villain. The country has been flooded with illegal aliens, too many of whom are criminals. The parks aren’t safe, especially for women who go jogging on a regular schedule and become predictable.

.......exactly. I was once forced in a lawsuit to listen to taped conversations. It was a complete and utter waste of time and so boring it was literally hard to keep from going to sleep.
Even my own conversations (divorce case) put me to sleep.
So, it’s hard to see how NSA could EVER hire enough people that would stay awake long enough to listen to billions of available conversations. Using a mouse just finding a conversation out of billions of conversations would render you unconscious.
Supposedly, by itself, order and structure and intelligence got formed out of chaotic conditions first, THEN started deteriorating (which is what we report today).

At some point, “people” need to listen to and evaluate any such info in any particular case. This is one big thing that makes IRS so dysfunctional. With 100,000,000 tax returns coming into their system, just one SMALL audit has thousands of bits of information to analyze and AI has it’s limitations.
Instead of THINKING “Files” in a computer, THINK one hundred million paper files in a gigantic warehouse. The Warehouse would have to be hundreds of acres in size.
Then THINK “AFFIRMATIVE ACTION”.
Information OVERLOAD is a fact in our society today. The primary purpose of a government agency, when created by politicians buying votes, is to hire people that private industry won’t hire. Though PC demands it not be recognized, this is why US Navy ships burn at the dock. The Navy’s own report said so.
Law Enforcement is reactive not Proactive, and since the whole ‘defund police’ has kicked off its gotten worse. They lack the continual training they should have and when prosecutors empty jails so the inmates don’t catch a cold. It just makes things worse.
The federal level desperately needs defunded since they can commit crimes that the local police would be charged for (think Comey and his croney’s) I have a good friend that has a seperate company set up on the premise of training cops to perform better and constitutionally per latest rulings in the courts. My friend used to teach at a law enforcement academy but quit due to political correctness.
As for this POS individual laundrie, I’m thinking he’s a serial killer and the gabster was just another victim.
I sincerely hope he is dead and died a horrible, painful and gruesome death.

no kidding ... if one divides the search area by the number of bodies ACCIDENTALLY found, then multiplies that by the total area of the United States, that’s a SHITEPILE of bodies laying around undiscovered!
