Who knows what happened that night? But something just tells me not to trust Robert Wagner’s account of it.

Obviously it was Christopher Walken, why can’t people see that? He was on the boat when she died.

If we were all guided by the three laws of Robotics he would be guilty.
First Law A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
But we are not. They were both drinking, they get into an argument and she storms out of the cabin. Good ole RJ does not chase after her. With Natalie's hot headstrong Russian temper he had long since learned to let her go. Natalie attempts to leave the boat and slips into the water.
Robert Wagner would only be guilty of inaction which is not a crime for we humans. Cold blooded if he knew she was in the water but not a crime, especially if he was drunk too.

very interesting the part about catching Wagner in a compromising position with his Butler as the cause of their divorce during their 1st marriage.
I was told that Wagner is gay and this was the cause of the divorce.
The fight in the boat was over her rediscovery that he was continuing a gay lifestyle. You can guess with who.
No idea if this is true but this “butler” story fits with it.
Supposedly Wagner lived a promiscuous gay lifestyle. Once again, just a story I heard no idea if it’s true.

She was an old drunk, fell into cold water and drowned. Boating accidents with drunks, at night, are a thing. He didn’t do it.

I always thought of Natalie Wood as a kind of tragic figure. Seemed that way to me even from seeing her as a little girl in “Miracle on 42nd Street”.
Until now, I didn’t believe that Robert Wagner could do something like that, but then after reading the shocking report that Natalie walked in on Warner with the butler, well, I guess that changed my mind about Wagner.

A woman who is afraid of the water in the dark. In slippers, PJS and a fluffy jacket to keep warm, does not go out to a skiff to motorboat to another boat or the shore. I always knew in my heart that Wagner killed her. I also knew Kirk Douglas was a prick at heart. Who rapes a 16 year old girl? Who has sex with a 16 year old girl? What was he? Like 35 years old and already could have just about any adult female he wanted.
Holly Wood, it got its name for the same tree branches that are used to make witches wands. It has been evil since its founding, I am so glad it died.
