I ate a weird pizza once. Chicken Ranch. I came for the bacon, but stayed for the zest. It was actually pretty good.

They used smoked tuna, super-thin crust and marinara sauce, very simple, very good.

That, I would eat. I lived in Italy (Napoli region) for three years. They do some good stuff with tuna and other fish/seafood.

But this pizza sounds awful.

In my part of Ohio we make a Big Boy Pizza for game days. A pizza take on the famous Big Boy Sandwich. Tarter sauce is spread on the crust, followed by a pound of browned crumbled ground beef topped with American cheese. Some like to add the dill pickle. After baking you add chopped lettuce and we add chopped raw yellow onion. It’s like a Big Boy sandwich but on a pizza crust. People seem to like it around here.

LOL, yea, I’ve read about Prison loaf. Passed a Nutritionists check list, but I’ve only read complaints about it. I envision it as the worst meatloaf you’ve ever had in your life.
